I spoke with Jena regarding transferring insurance from one vehicle to a new vehicle. She told me exactly what I needed to do, she completed the paperwork, and she emailed me a new insurance card with the new information on it, so that I could carry it until I received my permanent cards. She was so kind, knew her job, and very helpful. It is refreshing to work with a real human instead of playing telephone tag.
